Stage 1 SELECTION.
Select the clothing category from the
menu bar on the left hand side of the Online Brochure.
You can then select from the sub categories by clicking on
any one of the images.
If you then click on the small photograph of your chosen garment
a page will open with a larger image and with all the
clothing size and colour details.
If you need the Product details to take to a meeting click
the Print Icon.
Stage 2 PRICES.
You will find prices for all the clothing
on the main product pages or by double clicking the Prices
link in the menu bar. In the alphabetic index Click on the
the first letter of the Brand you are looking for. You can
then print the price page if you want to by clicking on the
Print Icon.
EXAMPLE
If you want a price for Fruit of
the Loom garments, click on F in the index and
scroll down to the product code you are interested in.
All the prices quoted
are including Embroidery.
Postage & Packing
is £6.95 for orders below £350
All the prices are plus
VAT.
Stage 3 SELECTION HELP.

Stage 4 ARTWORK.
Send us your artwork
or design idea by email in a JPEG format or by post if you
prefer. We will then quote you for any Design Origination
costs that may be incurred (see FAQ on menu bar.)
This is a good time to
ensure that the artwork is as you require the finished Embroidery
to look as any changes after the design has been digitised
could incur further costs.
Again we will be pleased
to advise you on the suitability of your design for Embroidery.
We will not attempt to reproduce a design unless we believe
it will result in a high quality Embroidery.
When you have selected
the clothing you require and are happy with the prices quoted
including any origination costs the next stage is sampling.
Stage 5 SAMPLES.
We will be happy to send you a sample
of the garment you have selected so you can check out the
quality and sizing. We invoice all samples and the charges
are credited in full on return of the clothing in the original
packaging and good condition within 14 days.
Stage 6 YOUR ORDER.
You can place your order by Email, Fax
or Telephone. We will then produce your Design Origination.
This involves many hours of skilled labour to produce so we
would not normally
begin work on this until you have placed an order with us.
Stage 7 PAYMENT.
When you place the order
we will send you an Invoice.
Payment can then be made by Cheque or Credit Card.
We will not normally start to Embroider any garments until
the Invoice is paid.

Stage 8 DESIGN APPROVAL.
We will send you an Embroidered sample
or an email Proof of the Design (prepared from your artwork)
in the actual production colours, for your approval.
Stage 9 PRODUCTION.
Once you have approved the Design and
the Invoice is paid we will begin Production for you.
Our normal lead time is 7/10 working days and when the goods
are ready they are sent on a next day Courier service. The
goods will need to be signed for and it is important that
someone is available at the delivery address to sign for them.
Stage 10 RECOMMENDATIONS.
We believe you will
now be a satisfied customer and happy with our goods and service.
If so we hope you will recommend us to your friends and colleagues.
If for any reason at all
you are not happy with our service please contact us and let
us know. It is important to us that you are fully satisfied
with all aspects of your dealings with us and feel completely
happy to do further business with us in the future.
